Service
The Extension provides browser-side estimates of conversation context usage, warnings, local aggregate history, and optional prompt-continuation automation. Estimates are informational only and are not provider-reported token counts, guarantees of response quality, or guarantees that a conversation will remain within a provider’s limits.
Provider interfaces, model names, context limits, account capabilities, and access rules may change without notice. Experimental integrations may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Acceptable use
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Extension. You may use the Extension only in compliance with applicable law, the terms of the AI providers and websites you access, and the Chrome Web Store policies. Do not use it to bypass authentication, access controls, paywalls, rate limits, or other restrictions.
You are responsible for reviewing summaries before submitting them to a new conversation and for the content you submit to third-party AI providers.
Pro access and payments
Pro access is provided through ExtensionPay. Subscription price, billing interval, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and payment processing are governed by the checkout terms shown by ExtensionPay and the applicable merchant policies. The Extension may revert to Free access if ExtensionPay reports that a subscription is not active.
Intellectual property and third-party services
The Extension, excluding third-party components and provider materials, is owned by Vojtěch Törvenyi. Provider names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. The Extension is not endorsed by or affiliated with the listed AI providers.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Extension is provided “as is” and without warranties. The publisher is not responsible for provider outages, interface changes, inaccurate estimates, lost prompts, or decisions made using the Extension’s estimates. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Feedback and suggestions
If you send feedback, bug reports, feature requests, or suggestions to the publisher via email or other channels, you grant the publisher an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, adapt, and incorporate your feedback into the Extension without restriction, attribution, or financial obligation.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Extension shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
Changes and termination
The publisher may update, suspend, or discontinue the Extension. You may stop using it and uninstall it at any time.
